Job summary
Pritchard Industries is seeking an experienced Proposal Writer to craft compelling proposals that showcase our capabilities and win new business. You will translate complex information into client-focused language and work with cross-functional teams to gather necessary details.
This is a 100% remote role but must reside in the Central or Eastern Time Zones, with a salary range of $65,000–$85,000 based on experience.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Proposal Writer or similar role.
- Experience with facility services industry.
- Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to synthesize complex information.
- Familiarity with proposal formatting and design best practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, SMEs, and management to gather information for proposals.
- Translate technical and business information into clear, persuasive content.
- Write and edit proposal sections including executive summaries, project descriptions, and timelines.
