Pritchard Industries, Inc. is seeking a Proposal Writer for a fully remote position within the US, aligned with Central or Eastern time zones. The role blends strategic communication, business development, and content strategy to win government contracting and B2B opportunities.

You will develop proposals, craft executive summaries, manage deadlines, and ensure compliance with RFP guidelines. A minimum of 3 years of proposal writing and knowledge of MS Office are required.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Marketing, Business, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Proposal Writer or in similar role.
• Experience with the facility services industry.
• Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Familiarity with proposal formatting and design best practices.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Experience with proposal software or tools is a plus.
