Job summary

Eocene Environmental Group, remote across the continental U.S., seeks a Proposal Coordinator II to manage small to mid-size proposals and support larger pursuits. You will coordinate content, ensure compliance, track schedules, and drive timely delivery with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities include developing schedules, outlines, compliance matrices, and maintaining version control while mentoring junior staff. This role emphasizes safety, ownership, and adherence to policies.

Qualifications

• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple proposals simultaneously.
• Working knowledge of proposal development processes and compliance requirements.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams, facilitating clear communication between technical staff, leadership, and support roles to ensure alignment, accountability, and timely delivery.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and document management.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe InDesign.

Responsibilities

• Supports coordination and production of small to mid-size proposals from initiation through submission.
• Develops proposal schedules, outlines, and compliance matrices.
• Tracks progress and ensure deadlines are met across contributors.
• Coordinates with technical staff to gather and refine proposal content.
• Reviews content for responsiveness, clarity, and alignment with requirements.
• Identifies compliance gaps and drives resolution.
• Oversee internal reviews, version control, and incorporation of comments.
• Coordinates proposal production and submission logistics.
• Supports training and mentoring of Proposal Coordinator I staff.
• Maintain regular and punctual attendance at work and meetings.
• Support, actively participate, and act in accordance with Wright’s and Eocene Environmental Group’s culture of safety and employee ownership.
• Comply with applicable federal, state, and local laws, rules, and regulations; maintain knowledge of and follow all company policies and procedures.
