Job summary

Anchor QEA seeks a detail-oriented Proposal Coordinator to support the Client Experience Team in developing high-quality proposals and SOQs. You will help gather, refine, and finalize content, ensuring accuracy, brand consistency, and on-time delivery.

Responsibilities include outlining proposals, maintaining schedules, coordinating teams, and performing QA/QC. Bachelor's in A/E/C and 2–3 years of related experience required; local office in Irvine or Seattle region preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 2–3 years of relevant A/E/C experience.
• Strong formatting and QA/QC knowledge for proposals and marketing materials.
• Experience with SF330 submittals and federal procurement familiarity preferred.
• Ability to coordinate multi-project deadlines and collaborate with Proposal Managers.

Responsibilities

• Assist with proposing outlines, templates, and formats to respond to client requirements.
• Develop and maintain proposal schedules; track assignments and deadlines.
• Coordinate with teams to gather information and incorporate pursuit messaging and graphics.
• Prepare and refine proposal content, including resumes, company info, project descriptions, and forms.
• Format, proofread, and QC proposal documents for accuracy, consistency, compliance, and branding.
• Coordinate document production, submission, file organization, and closeout activities.
• Maintain and update proposal content, resumes, project descriptions, and opportunity data in company systems.
• Support company-wide business development efforts as needed.
