Eocene Environmental Group is seeking a Proposal Coordinator II to independently manage small to mid-size proposals and support larger pursuits. The role emphasizes coordination, compliance tracking, and schedule management with growing content development responsibilities.

Based in a remote US capacity, you will collaborate with technical staff and leadership to ensure timely, high-quality submissions and adherence to federal and company requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business, communications, marketing, or related field is required.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in writing, editing, proposals, marketing, sales, business development, or communications.
• Experience with proposal development processes and compliance requirements.
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and manage schedules to meet deadlines.
• Strong writing and editing skills with attention to clarity and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Supports coordination and production of small to mid-size proposals from initiation through submission.
• Develops proposal schedules, outlines, and compliance matrices.
• Tracks progress and ensure deadlines are met across contributors.
• Coordinates with technical staff to gather and refine proposal content.
• Reviews content for responsiveness, clarity, and alignment with requirements.
• Identifies compliance gaps and drives resolution.
• Oversee internal reviews, version control, and incorporation of comments.
• Coordinates proposal production and submission logistics.
• Supports training and mentoring of Proposal Coordinator I staff.
