Job summary

Blue Water Thinking seeks an experienced Proposal Pricing Analyst to join our team in a remote capacity. You will analyze financial data, build pricing models, and craft competitive pricing strategies for government proposals.

Responsibilities include developing cost/price proposals for RFPs, ensuring compliance with FAR/DFARS, and collaborating with capture, proposal, and finance teams to optimize pricing based on market trends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in finance, accounting, business administration or related field.
• 5 years of proposal pricing in Federal government contracting.
• FAR/DFARS familiarity and accurate cost data handling.

Responsibilities

• Lead/participate in cost/price proposals for RFPs, ensuring FAR/DFARS compliance.
• Analyze proposal cost data using established methodologies and tools.
• Support pricing for IDIQ task order proposals with accurate inputs.
• Collaborate with capture, proposal, finance teams and executives to ensure accuracy.
