Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in federal pricing.
• In-depth knowledge of federal procurement regulations (FAR, DCAA, CAS).
• Strong analytical skills to interpret complex financial data and trends.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial modeling tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to present pricing concepts.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement pricing strategies for government contracts, considering cost competitiveness and profitability.
• Establish and maintain standardized pricing for software and services; ensure market competitiveness and profitability.
• Support during proposal development, reviewing solicitations and pricing narratives.
• Develop and justify levels of effort with SMEs and historical data.
• Prepare price proposals and narratives in response to solicitations ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Analyze competitor pricing strategies and contract awards to inform pricing decisions.
• Facilitate pricing data calls to subcontractors; ensure compliance with requirements.
• Evaluate financial risks and provide mitigation recommendations.
• Ensure compliance with FAR, DCAA guidelines, and CAS.
• Use cost estimation tools and models to forecast project costs.
