Job summary

RTX, including Collins Aerospace, seeks a Pricing Analyst for the Mission Systems Pricing and Cost Estimating group. This remote role supports Navy and Air Force proposals, pricing strategies, and audits, collaborating across engineering, contracts, and operations.

The ideal candidate will construct complex proposals, analyze risks, and obtain/maintain a U.S. government security clearance. Strong FAR/DFARS knowledge and MS Office proficiency are essential.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a University Degree and 8+ years of experience or an Advanced Degree with 5+ years of experience
• U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance are required
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint)
• Knowledge of FAR, DFARS and GAAP preferred

Responsibilities

• Compiles cost, schedule, and technical elements for very complex proposals in accordance with FAR for RFP submissions
• Understands cost burdening and fee application to accurately build up proposal costs
• Prepares complex financial summaries and analyses for Senior Management
• Leads customer fact‑finding, negotiations, and DCAA/DCMA audits
• Collaborates with leadership and cross‑functional teams to gather information and facilitate decisions
• Assesses financial implications of pricing strategies and ensures data integrity
• Leads the proposal team in identifying and quantifying risks and opportunities
• Participates in internal/external audits with limited supervision
• Ensures compliance with FAR/DFARS requirements
• Travel domestically less than 10%
