RTX / Collins Aerospace is seeking a Proposal Manager to lead end-to-end proposal development, coordinating cross-functional teams and ensuring compliant, high-quality submissions. The role emphasizes strategic collaboration with CTLs and SMEs and ongoing post-submission activities.

In this remote-capable position, you will leverage tools like Qvidian, Salesforce, and AI for content development, with a focus on winning strategies and customer requirements.

Qualificações

• Requires university degree or advanced degree with years of related experience.
• Experience managing proposal development processes end-to-end.
• 3+ years in proposal management or similar role.
• Advanced Microsoft Word/Excel for formatting and publishing.
• Experience editing/formatting complex proposals for compliance.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the proposal lifecycle from kickoff to submission and post-submission support.
• Manage schedules, milestones and resources to meet deadlines and quality standards.
• Coordinate content reviews for compliance and win strategy alignment.
• Edit and format proposal documents for clarity and professionalism.
• Facilitate milestone reviews (Pink/Red/Gold Team) and collaborate with CTLs.
