Energy Solutions, a growing company focused on climate solutions, seeks a Proposal Manager I in a predominantly remote role. You will guide proposals from opportunity identification through final submission, coordinating with SMEs, writers, and project teams to ensure compliant, polished deliverables.

The role emphasizes organization, multi-tasking, clear communication, and problem-solving in a fast-paced environment. A one-page cover letter explaining interest is required.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• At least 2 years in proposal support or related field.
• Experience gathering information from multiple contributors.
• Experience tracking tasks and deadlines across projects.
• Experience coordinating with writers and subject matter experts.
• Basic knowledge of proposal development processes.
• Advanced beginner writing, editing, proofreading.
• Strong communication and proficiency with 365 tools.
• Willingness to learn proposal practices.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with proposal development from pre-RFP through submission.
• Review solicitation documents and identify requirements.
• Update proposal systems and trackers to support execution.
• Draft and prepare assigned proposal sections and resumes.
• Gather information from SMEs, project teams, and partners.
• Prepare materials for compliance, quality, and editorial review.
• Execute final production activities and electronic submissions.
• Escalate compliance concerns and risks.
• Coordinate information requests and report status updates.
• Maintain proposal resources and content libraries.
