CrowdStrike Inc. is seeking an experienced Proposal Manager/Writer to join our Global Proposals Team.

You will manage end-to-end responses to RFIs, RFQs, and RFPs, coordinate cross-functional SMEs, and ensure timely, compliant submissions that highlight our AI-native cybersecurity platform. The role demands strong business writing, project discipline, and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment across time zones.

Qualifications

• 3+ years managing complex proposals in a SaaS or cybersecurity environment.
• Ability to manage high volume of concurrent requests with overlapping deadlines.
• Strong critical thinking, judgment and decision-making under pressure.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; translate technical content to customer narrative.
• Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace, Salesforce, and proposal platforms.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end RFI, RFQ, RFP, DDQ and security questionnaire activity to ensure on-time, compliant delivery.
• Own a high-volume workload of concurrent proposal assignments with prioritization.
• Drive the proposal process end to end: schedule, milestones, reviews, QA.
• Review customer requirements; develop compliance matrices and outlines.
• Translate opportunity messages into win themes during kickoff and strategy sessions.
• Coordinate cross-functional SMEs to produce high-quality, compliant responses.
• Build customer-facing response templates and manage draft-to-approval workflow.
• Prepare final deliverables with accuracy, clarity and readability.
