CrowdStrike is seeking an experienced Proposal Manager/Writer to join our Global Proposals Team. You will support development of proposals, questionnaires, and business materials, translating complex requirements into clear, persuasive content.

This remote role requires handling high-volume requests, coordinating with Sales, Legal, and Security, and ensuring on-time, compliant submissions across regions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years managing complex proposals in SaaS or cybersecurity environments.
• Ability to handle high-volume, overlapping deadlines with limited direction.
• Strong critical thinking, judgment, and decision-making under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end RFI, RFQ, RFP, DDQ, and security questionnaire activity to ensure on-time, compliant delivery.
• Own a high-volume workload of concurrent proposal assignments and prioritize in a fast-paced setting.
• Coordinate cross-functional SMEs to produce high-quality, compliant responses that position CrowdStrike to win.
