We are partnering with a leading AI lab to recruit experienced proposal managers to train their language model on presentation tasks. Compensation is $70/hour with flexible commitment, 5–20 hours per week, fully remote, start ASAP.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in proposal management or bid writing at a significant company.
• Track record of bids won, including orals deck production.
• Expert-level PowerPoint and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Lead RFP responses and orals presentations to create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated presentations and slide decks.
• Develop core workflows: RFP documents, executive summaries, win themes, compliance matrices, and pricing slides.
