Job summary

Elite Personnel is seeking a Proposal Coordinator to join the Bids and Proposals team. The role focuses on leading the timely development and submission of high quality proposals for education-related RFPs, with occasional visits to a Northern Virginia office.

You will coordinate cross‑functional teams, manage production plans, and ensure compliance with RFP requirements while supporting the Proposal Director throughout the process.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of proposal related experience.
• Strong research, analytic, and documentation skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Experience with standard proposal development processes and tools.
• Familiarity with federal/state/international/foundation bid sites.

Responsibilities

• Identify bids aligned with the work and mission using various bid sources.
• Develop production and delivery plans, schedules, and compliance matrices.
• Coordinate with cross-business teams and pricing leads.
• Lead the proposal team from kickoff through award.
• Supervise day‑to‑day proposal production activities and scheduling.
• Identify delays, plan corrective actions, and maintain progress.
• Assist with writing sections and perform content quality reviews.
• Oversee final proposal production and submission.
