Job summary

CPL is seeking a Proposal Coordinator in Richmond to lead the creation of branded proposals, qualifications packages, and pursuit materials. You will develop compelling content, tailor materials to client needs, and work with Pursuit & Proposal Managers and technical teams to win opportunities.

The role requires 3+ years of related experience, a relevant bachelor's degree, and proficiency in InDesign and Adobe Creative Suite. On-site role with strong collaboration across departments and clients.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of proposal, marketing, or business development experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, English, or related field.
• Proficiency in Adobe InDesign.
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop and Acrobat.
• Experience in the AEC industry preferred.
• Strong communication and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Lead creation and production of branded proposals, qualifications packages, and pursuit deliverables.
• Develop visually engaging presentations and interview materials to support winning strategies.
• Write, edit, and tailor proposal content to client needs and opportunities.
• Update project descriptions, resumes, and staff bios for proposal readiness.
• Provide research and support for business development initiatives and pursuits.
• Participate in client development, marketing, and pursuit strategy meetings.
• Manage multiple proposals and ensure quality and deadlines.
