Latitude Subrogation Services is seeking a senior remote Subrogation professional to manage the end-to-end subrogation process for property claims identified as having recovery potential.

You will navigate our database, document conversations, and coordinate with teams to resolve complex subrogation cases while maintaining excellent client communication and a strong work ethic in a 100% remote environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of property insurance claims and subrogation with inter-company arbitration filings.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Typing 45+ wpm accurately.
• Proficient computer skills and basic software knowledge.
• Thorough knowledge of subrogation principles and property claims.
• Employment contingent on adequate home internet bandwidth.

Responsibilities

• Subrogation process: navigate our database and documents to process and resolve claims with subrogation potential.
• Handle property subrogation files of moderate to high complexity with knowledge and care.
• Document all activities, conversations, and updates related to the claim.
• Utilize Outlook, Word, and Excel to manage communications and filings.
• Take ownership of tasks and meet commitments in a remote work setting.
• Demonstrate strong time management in a fast-paced environment.
• Maintain accuracy and clarity in all documents.
• Deliver effective customer service and communicate clearly with involved parties.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve shared goals.
