• Juris Doctorate required with active California State Bar membership.
• 4+ years of litigation experience including insurance defense, subrogation, personal injury, or related areas.
• Ability to independently manage a substantial caseload from inception to resolution.
• Experience conducting depositions, mediations, arbitrations, hearings, and other proceedings.
• Strong knowledge of civil litigation procedures, strategy, negotiation, and dispute resolution.

Responsabilidades

• Manage complex auto and property subrogation litigation from investigation to resolution, including discovery, depositions, motions, negotiations, arbitrations, trials, and post-trial motions.
• Investigate subrogation opportunities, assess liability and damages, and develop recovery strategies.
• Lead negotiations with carriers, attorneys, and third parties to maximize recovery and resolve disputes efficiently.
• Provide legal counsel on litigation risks, recovery opportunities, and case strategy to claims partners and stakeholders.
• Prepare and present witnesses, conduct depositions, and represent Allstate in hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and trials.
