Latitude Subrogation Services is seeking an Experienced Multi-Line Subrogation Quality & Recovery Specialist for a 100% remote role. The ideal candidate will apply subrogation expertise, conduct audits, and drive quality improvements across claims handling to maximize recovery outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of multi-line insurance subrogation with arbitration filing and claims auditing experience preferred.
• High school diploma required; bachelor's degree or higher preferred.
• Strong time and project management skills.
• Ability to speak Spanish is a plus.
• Reliable home internet access with minimum speeds of 15 Mbps download and 8 Mbps upload.
• CSRP and other professional designations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Audits and reviews – complete audits of internal subrogation handling and assess performance for quality and compliance.
• Analysis – identify trends, root causes, and opportunities to improve performance.
• Reporting – prepare clear reports and presentations with findings and results.
• Action plans – assist in designing plans to improve performance and track results.
• Quality controls – support key quality control activities and process assessments.
• Continuous improvement – lead or participate in improvement projects.
• Claims assistance – assist with subrogation claims to support recovery objectives.
