Qualifications

• 5+ years of auto insurance claims and subrogation experience.
• High School Diploma.
• Typing 45+ wpm accurately.
• Computer application knowledge.
• Basic accounting knowledge for computations.
• Deep knowledge of subrogation principles and auto claims.
• Employment requires adequate home internet bandwidth.

Responsibilities

• Conduct complete subrogation processes including investigation, negotiation and settlement of auto claims.
• Navigate proprietary systems and documents to process subrogation potential cases.
• Document all activities and communications with parties related to claims.
• Maintain accurate subrogation analysis and file resolution recommendations.
• Operate in Outlook, Word and Excel across multiple systems.
• Demonstrate strong work ethic, ownership, and timely task completion.
• Work remotely with excellent time management and organization.
