LoanCare is seeking a Property Preservation Supervisor with extensive default mortgage servicing experience to lead a team and oversee vendor operations nationwide. The role emphasizes compliance, data reporting, and process improvements within HUD, FHLMC, FNMA, and VA guidelines.

The position supports flexible remote work, with equipment provided, and requires strong supervisory and communication skills to mentor staff and coordinate with external partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in default mortgage servicing or mortgage banking.
• 2+ years of supervisory experience.
• Strong knowledge of mortgage industry practices and HUD/conveyance processes.

Responsabilités

• Supervise, coach, counsel and develop assigned staff.
• Oversee vendor operations to ensure compliance with inspections, hazard filings, and codes.
• Serve as main contact for field vendor-related questions and ensure timely resolutions.
• Prepare data/reports for management review and trend analysis.
• Maintain knowledge of all relevant policies and systems (LPS Desktop PM, MSP, etc.).
