Jobgether, on behalf of a partner, seeks a Property Preservation Supervisor based in the United States. You will lead teams and vendors to maintain mortgage servicing properties, manage inspections, claims, code compliance, and eviction-related activities, ensuring deadlines and regulatory requirements are met.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in business or similar preferred.
• 5+ years in mortgage default servicing or mortgage banking.
• 2+ years in supervisory roles with training and coaching experience.
• Strong knowledge of HUD/VA/FHLMC/FNMA guidelines and conveyance claims.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise staff and mentor team members toward strong performance.
• Oversee vendor operations to ensure inspections and claims meet requirements.
• Serve as primary contact for vendor questions and issue resolution.
• Improve processes, controls, and efficiency to reduce delays.
• Manage property preservation bids and review reports for vacancies and damage.
• Coordinate with government housing contractors and attorneys on conveyance and claims.
