Community Bank, N.A. is seeking a Consumer Real Estate Servicing professional to support the Property Preservation workflow and ensure compliance with bank and investor guidelines for delinquent and current mortgage loans.

The role involves coordinating with vendors, preparing reports, and assisting with portfolio and OREO accounts while maintaining adherence to applicable regulations and internal controls.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• AA or AS degree in business field or relevant work experience preferred.
• All applicants must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsabilités

• Monitor borrower accounts to minimize risk and ensure regulatory compliance in property management.
• Order, review, track, and maintain inspections per guidelines.
• Order, review, track, and maintain remedial preservation and utility work per guidelines.
• Communicate with vendors handling property maintenance guidelines.
• Prepare and submit reports related to property preservation actions.
• Order and evaluate e-appraisals.
• Analyze reports regarding delinquent property taxes and communicate with borrowers/tax entities.
• Review and process property management invoices.
• Prepare and mail notifications to borrowers per guidelines.
• Assist with responsibilities for portfolio, investor, and OREO accounts.
• Ensure compliance with laws including FDCPA, RESPA, SCRA, Dodd-Frank UDAPP.
