Qualifications

• Experience 3+ years of residential property management experience.
• 2+ years of leadership or operations management experience.
• Experience managing cross-functional property management teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations across the Miami and Orlando property portfolio, mentoring a six-person team and establishing KPIs across departments.
• Oversee leasing operations, vacancy management, and renewal strategies to optimize occupancy and pricing.
• Coordinate unit turns, maintenance, and vendor performance to ensure on-time completion within budget.
• Manage owner/client relations and onboarding of new properties to drive retention and satisfaction.
• Oversee maintenance operations, track work orders, and optimize costs while maintaining service quality.
• Supervise rent collection processes, monitor delinquencies, and support compliant actions as needed.
• Develop scalable workflows, SOPs, and performance reporting to improve overall operations.
