Job summary

Tactex Recruiting Advisors is recruiting on behalf of a Commercial Real Estate Investment Firm for an Assistant Property Manager. The role supports Asset Management and Property Management teams to operate a diverse real estate portfolio.

Location is 100% remote with a pay range of $60k-$70k. The candidate will handle day-to-day operations, tenant relations, vendor management, and be involved in budgeting, reporting, and site coordination to protect investor value.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of property management or related commercial real estate experience.
• Working knowledge of commercial property operations, vendor management, service contracts, and tenant relations.
• Strong attention to detail, follow-through, and ability to manage competing priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external business partners.

Responsibilities

• Property and Tenant Operations: support day-to-day management for a portfolio of commercial assets and coordinate tenant move-ins/outs and inspections.
• Vendor, Facilities, and Expense Management: coordinate vendors, obtain bids, review invoices, and ensure contract compliance.
• Reporting, Financial, and Administrative Support: maintain records, prepare reports, and assist with budgeting and forecasting.
