Formación

• Minimum 2 years' experience in commercial property management.
• Experience with work order and task management systems.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple items and communicate clearly.

Responsabilidades

• Support the Property Manager in day-to-day operations and act as backup during absences.
• Track work orders and tasks, coordinate vendors, and ensure closure.
• Own insurance compliance and tenant onboarding processes end-to-end.
• Assist lease administration and utility transfers, including system setup.
• Manage utility accounts, autopay enrollment, and data records.
• Review aging reports and escalate delinquency risks with context.
• Own tenant billbacks and ensure accurate charges/credits.
• Serve as a responsive contact for tenants and keep them informed.
• Maintain accurate property data across systems and follow workflows.
