Job summary

NewQuest is looking for a Property Manager in the Austin, TX metro area responsible for overseeing multiple shopping centers. The ideal candidate will manage budgets, tenant relations, and day-to-day operations while ensuring compliance with property policies. Candidates should have at least 5 years of experience in commercial retail property management and strong skills in lease administration and budgeting. This role is primarily remote with regular site visits required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of commercial retail property management experience.
• Experience managing power centers or high-traffic multi-tenant retail assets preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, manage, and track annual operating and capital budgets.
• Serve as primary point of contact for assigned tenants.
• Oversee day-to-day operations of common areas and building systems.
• Review, approve, code, and submit invoices.
• Conduct regular site inspections.
