Qualifications

• Texas Real Estate License within 6 months of start date.
• CPM or RPA certifications/desirable.

Responsibilities

• Monitor tenant activities for lease compliance and security requirements.
• Review vendor requirements and action tenant service requests.
• Prepare occupancy notices and communicate with tenants/vendors.
• Assist in preparing annual operating budgets for buildings.
• Support in data collection and financial reporting for client budgets.
