Job summary

SERVPRO Team Lazo is seeking an experienced Estimator to join our growing team. The Mitigation/Construction Estimator writes and manages estimates across fire, water, mold, and biohazard losses, using Xactimate, Symbility, and carrier platforms.

The role demands accuracy, speed, and compliance with guidelines. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, organized, and able to support the team in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Xactimate and Symbility for insurance estimates.
• Experience in mitigation estimating (fire, water, mold, biohazard).
• TPA program experience strongly preferred.
• Strong documentation accuracy and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Estimate mitigation and construction work across fire, water, mold, and biohazard losses.
• Ensure accurate scope development and proper documentation of job files.
• Maintain compliance with carrier guidelines and estimating standards.
• Prepare detailed estimates using Xactimate, Symbility, and related software.
• Collaborate with production and office teams to maintain workflow.
