Job summary

SERVPRO Team Lazo in the United States is seeking an experienced Mitigation/Construction Estimator to write, manage, and support estimates across fire, water, mold, and biohazard losses. The ideal candidate will be highly detail-oriented, proficient in Xactimate and Symbility, and able to ensure compliance with carrier guidelines while supporting multiple locations.

Preference is given to candidates with TPA program experience and strong collaboration with production and office teams to keep job

Qualifications

Strong proficiency in Xactimate, Symbility and other estimating platforms.
Experience in mitigation estimating (fire, water, mold, biohazard).
TPA program experience strongly preferred.
Understanding of carrier guidelines and estimate review processes.
Excellent attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Mitigation and construction estimating and file management.
Write and manage estimates for fire, water, mold, and biohazard losses and for construction work.
Ensure accurate scope development and proper documentation of job files.
Maintain compliance with carrier guidelines and estimating standards.
Prepare detailed estimates using Xactimate, Symbility, and other platforms.
Support audit readiness and carrier reviews as needed.
Collaborate with production and office teams to ensure timely job flow.
