Servpro Industries, Inc. is seeking a Mitigation Restoration Estimator to join our Denver-area team.

You will review scope notes, moisture logs, and photos to draft accurate, timely insurance mitigation estimates (Water, Fire, Smoke, Mold, EMS) and act as the bridge between field teams, insurance adjusters, and TPAs to ensure program compliance. Qualifications

• Dedicated experience writing insurance mitigation estimates within the property restoration industry.
• Proficiency in Xactimate; Symbility experience is a bonus.
• Experience working with TPAs (Alacrity, Sedgwick, Lionsbridge, Westhill, etc.) and understanding of their compliance metrics.
• Ability to work EST hours (8:00 AM–5:00 PM) with weekend flexibility.
• Submission requirement: provide 3–5 previously approved, redacted mitigation estimates.
• Reliable high-speed internet and a dedicated home office for remote work.

Responsibilities

• Dual-Platform Estimate Generation: write comprehensive, accurate mitigation estimates for Water, Fire, Smoke, Mold, and EMS using Xactimate and Symbility.
• TPA Compliance Management: navigate and manage compliance metrics within major TPA programs.
• Scope Verification: review field documentation to ensure alignment with IICRC standards and carrier guidelines.
• SLA & Queue Maintenance: monitor queues daily, including weekends, to meet SLAs.
• Negotiation & Approvals: justify estimates with insurance adjusters and TPAs to secure approvals.
