Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required at all levels.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred for some levels.
• Claims handling experience is valued for advancement.

Responsibilities

• Participates in Erie claims training and learns claims handling processes.
• Assists in investigations, establishes reserves and documents activities.
• Travels regularly within assigned territory and uses home workspace.
