Erie Insurance is seeking a Property Adjuster Trainee in Pennsylvania to join our claims team. The role handles property claims within a defined territory and starts with a comprehensive 15-week training program in Erie, PA.

You will gain hands-on experience with field workflows, learn ERIE's estimating platform, and work with mentors to prepare for advancement to Property Adjuster I or II after successful completion.

Qualifications

• Exercises independent discretion or judgment in handling property claims within designated level of authority.
• Live within commuting distance to PA counties and be able to drive/travel within the assigned territory.
• Willing to participate in the Property Adjuster Trainee program and progression to higher levels based on experience and qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Able to drive/travel regularly within the assigned territory.
• Participate in Property Adjuster Trainee program with classroom and hands-on training.
• Work from Erie, PA and travel as required during the training and after completion.
