Erie Insurance is seeking a Property Adjuster to manage claims in Elk or Cameron County, PA. The role will start with a trainee program, with potential progression to Property Adjuster I or II based on experience.

A company car and home office equipment are provided, with regular travel within the territory. The program begins 1/4/2027 and includes classroom and field training at the Erie Technical Learning Center (Erie, PA), preparing candidates to handle claims with guidance from mentors and

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Willingness to pursue and complete Technical Learning Center Training is required.
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record required.

Responsibilities

• Investigates policies, interviews insureds and witnesses, inspects damage, and prepares estimates.
• Handles property claims within designated authority and maintains reserves.
• Drives and travels regularly within the assigned territory to service claims.
• Documents claim files and submits final reports for closure.
