• Ability to work in field-based environments across designated territory.

Responsibilities

• Contacts policyholders regarding property claims within level of authority and conducts investigations.
• Handles property claims within designated authority and maintains reserves.
• Documents claim files and submits final reports for closure.
• Interacts with agents and district sales managers on matters of mutual concern.
