Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree preferred; licenses as required.
• Six years of claims experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Thorough knowledge of claims management processes for multiple product lines.
• Excellent oral and written communication, including presentation skills.
• PC literate, including Microsoft Office products.

Aufgaben

• Supervise the property claims team and multiple colleagues for a wide span of control.
• Identify trends and issues; advise management and drive process improvements.
• Provide technical/jurisdictional direction to examiner reports on claims adjudication.
• Compile reviews and analyze management reports; take action as needed.
• Perform quality reviews on claims to meet audit and quality standards.
• Act as second level of appeal for client/claims issues; implement dispositions.
• Review reserve amounts on high-cost claims and limited authority claims.
• Monitor third-party and litigated claims; maintain client contact and professional relationships.
• Ensure reports are properly licensed in jurisdictions served; ensure proper documentation.
