Qualifications

• Leadership experience within Property Claims.
• Strong background handling Homeowners Property claims.
• Experience leading remote or geographically dispersed teams.
• Expertise in coverage investigations and claim resolution.
• Experience with wind, hail, water, roof, and total loss claims.
• Advanced Xactimate estimating experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a remote team of approximately 5 property claims adjusters.
• Provide technical expertise and oversight on homeowners property claims, including complex losses.
• Support adjusters through investigations, coverage analysis, and claim resolution strategies.
• Partner with leadership to ensure consistency in claim handling processes and guidelines.
• Monitor team performance, workloads, and customer outcomes.
• Coach adjusters through escalated situations, ensuring collaboration with internal partners.
• Drive continuous improvement through training and talent development.
