Qualifications

• Experience in property claims within insurance.
• Strong knowledge of property policies and claim handling.
• Residential and commercial building construction knowledge.
• Familiarity with local regulations and compliance requirements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle difficult conversations with a customer-focused approach.
• Ability to assess damages, estimate repairs, and negotiate settlements.
• Detail-oriented with organizational and analytical skills.
• Proficient in claims management software.
• Physically able to perform inspections (lifting, climbing).
• May require Rope and Harness Safety Training.
• Valid driver’s license.
