Job summary

Twoconnect seeks a Project and Quality Administrator (Quality Systems) to provide project administration and data coordination support across multiple active projects. You will maintain accurate project records, coordinate quality documentation, monitor tasks, and prepare reports to support audit readiness.

You will work with Deltek, Jira, CRM and other PM systems; gather and update information, identify discrepancies, and drive continuous improvement of project workflows while ensuring

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of data coordination and project administration experience.
• Hands-on Deltek experience is essential.
• Strong documentation, reporting and data management skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate project records and coordinate quality documentation.
• Monitor outstanding tasks, deadlines, and quality requirements.
• Prepare and distribute reports, dashboards, and project performance data.
