Job summary

MillenniumSoft Inc. is seeking a Mid-Level Quality Document Systems Management contractor for a 12-month engagement in a remote capacity.

The role focuses on reviewing QA procedures, ensuring proper transfer and assignment of documents to client systems, and supporting remediation and training initiatives while maintaining rigorous records and audits. Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Experience with QA procedures and document management.
• Ability to perform document remediation and training assignments.
• Maintain records and ensure compliance with standards.
• Produce progress reports for senior managers.
• Conduct audits and regular reviews of documents.
• Ensure timely delivery of documents for project milestones.

Responsibilities

• Review APM Quality Assurance procedures and interact with document owners to ensure the correct documents are transferred and assigned to client systems.
• Support special projects including remediation, training assignments, and records retention.
• Maintain accurate records of APM documentation and improve quality system documents.
• Ensure all documentation meets formal requirements and standards; monitor compliance.
• Produce document progress reports for senior managers.
• Conduct regular document reviews and audits.
• Ensure documents are delivered on time to support project completion.
• Serve as conduit between departments to address quality issues and mitigate risks.
