Twoconnect seeks a detail-oriented Project Administrator to support an engineering team across tender preparation, estimating administration, and post-award project documentation.

You will coordinate with estimators, suppliers, and internal teams to prepare accurate tender files, while building knowledge of pumps and mechanical equipment. The role emphasizes organization, proactive communication, and independent work from a remote setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• Proven experience coordinating projects and handling documentation.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Review tender and quotation requests, establish electronic folders and controls.
• Prepare equipment and costing sheets for estimators.
• Manage customer terms and contract documentation for compliance.
• Create and maintain tender and project files in SharePoint with version control.
• Support estimators with tender administration and submission deadlines.
• Assemble and quality-check project documentation against specs and dates.
• Track tasks in Planner and communicate risks early to stakeholders.
• Build knowledge of pumps and mechanical equipment to improve workflows.
