Job summary

Trimark Associates, Inc. is seeking a Project Quality Administrator to enforce quality across the project lifecycle and ensure compliance with Trimark’s quality management system.

You will serve as the quality contact for all project issues and guide the team toward repeatable, compliant results. You will consult with project leads, support corrective actions, and ensure timely delivery of quality assurance deliverables while collaborating with multiple departments to uphold change-control

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or related field and two years of experience.
• ISO 9001 Certifications are strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of project management, flowcharts, technical documentation, quality analysis, and delivering QA deliverables on schedule; proficiency with standard computer applications and software.

Responsibilities

• Use quality tools to evaluate and document issues and drive continuous improvement.
• Develop corrective and preventive actions and implement them to address root causes of non-conformances.
• Collaborate with other departments to maintain change-control processes and GMP/IQA standards.
• Update and improve quality management system documents and processes.
• Perform data analysis, generate quality metrics, and report results to stakeholders.
• Conduct project quality reviews (PQRs) as required.
• Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills with management and staff and clients.
• Maintain project schedules aligned with the Construction Schedule and PM guidance.
