Job summary

TALENT Software Services is seeking an IT Project Coordinator to join our IT PMO, supporting agile delivery and quality governance across multiple teams. You will collaborate with client businesses, developers, data scientists, analysts, and domain experts to deploy IT solutions that meet customer requirements.

The role emphasizes coordinating QA activities, maintaining SDLC artifacts, and ensuring regulatory and SOX controls are integrated into project workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, IS, or equivalent area of technical study.
• Certification in project management methodologies is desired, but not required.
• Certification in agile methodologies is desired, but not required.
• A minimum of 5-10 years working as an IT project team member; QA experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support the Project Manager and coordinate project quality and testing activities.
• Understand project goals, deadlines, priorities, prepare presentations, maintain project documentation, and provide general coordination and administrative support.
• Report to the IT Digital Excellence Office (DEO), with a dotted-line relationship to the assigned IT Project Manager.
• Assist Project Managers with development and maintenance of project quality plans, schedules, test status reporting, and stagegate presentations.
• Monitor and report cross-project dependencies, risks, issues, and impacts.
• Lead end-to-end testing activities, including system, integration, regression, performance testing, and UAT.
• Define testing scope, strategy, cycles, timelines, entry/exit criteria, and success metrics.
• Develop and maintain Test Plans, Approaches, schedules, and success metrics for each cycle.
