You will translate strategic priorities into clear plans, improve process discipline, and strengthen execution across interconnected functions. The role shapes operating standards, enhances organizational effectiveness, and ensures compliant, efficient delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, life sciences, or related field.
• 10+ years in pharma/biotech or regulated industries.
• Proven leadership in strategy, transformation, and organizational effectiveness.
• Experience designing cross-functional operating models and large-scale transformations.
• Broad knowledge of Medical Affairs operations, including governance and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Design and improve cross-functional operating models across medical governance.
• Translate strategic priorities into actionable plans with governance and performance measures.
• Assess and enhance processes to reduce delays and fragmentation.
• Establish consistent operating standards tailored to function needs.
• Lead implementation of the medical governance framework and oversight mechanisms.
• Build organizational effectiveness through role clarity and talent development.
• Orchestrate interdependencies across functions for integrated execution.
