Ladders is seeking a Program Delivery Governance Lead to guide governance for quality and performance programs. The role partners with finance, operations, and executives to improve decision-making, accountability, and visibility across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 7+ years in program delivery, governance, project management, audit, or quality.
• Experience with budgets and financial resources.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects.
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
• Effective written and oral communication; experience presenting to senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own and enhance governance processes for quality and performance programs.
• Design and implement governance structures to improve quality metrics.
• Coordinate with finance partners on operating expenses and administrative budgets.
• Lead governance meetings and facilitate decision-making.
• Analyze and report on governance activities with actionable insights.
• Advise executives on governance-related matters.
• Implement changes to governance processes for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate across business units to promote alignment and accountability.
