Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Sr. Manager, Carrier Operations & Governance to own policy design, governance and supplier risk across telecom partners. Remote-US; you will build runbooks, dashboards and executive-ready narratives for leadership.

You’ll partner with cross-functional teams to scale controls, monitor compliance, and improve margin discipline, using SQL and BI tools to reveal insights and guide decision-making in a dynamic tech environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in telecom supply chain operations or related fields.
• Experience with automated data pipelines and ambiguous datasets.
• Proficient in SQL and BI visualization tools for data-driven decisions.
• Proven track record in setting enterprise-level policies and governance frameworks.
• Ability to craft executive narratives for C-suite audiences.
• Experience building compliance monitoring systems at enterprise scale.
• Strong communication skills for presenting to leadership.

Responsibilities

• Set enterprise policies for a supplier governance framework.
• Manage telecom supplier rate changes and margin management.
• Author and enforce operational runbooks and supply policies.
• Conduct in-depth analyses of risks and opportunities using statistical methods.
• Build infrastructure for monitoring supplier compliance and risk.
• Create reporting dashboards for key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Lead governance training programs across stakeholders.
