Job summary

Evergreen Life Services is seeking an Innovation Project Manager to drive enterprise-wide transformation initiatives. Reporting to the Chief Transformation Officer, you will coordinate cross-functional projects, translate strategy into execution, and maintain momentum across multiple initiatives.

You will partner with leaders to align projects with the transformation roadmap, develop detailed plans, track KPIs, manage risks, and communicate progress.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree required in a related field.
• 3–5 years of project management, operations, or consulting experience.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Experience in nonprofit or human services environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple projects from initiation through closeout with timelines and deliverables.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to align with strategic objectives.
• Track KPIs, report progress, and monitor risks and dependencies.
• Facilitate updates and stakeholder communications to maintain momentum.
