Job summary

Everforth Apex in Durham, NC, seeks a Sr Technical Project/Program Manager to act as the technical coordination point for complex projects, ensuring deliverables from business and technology partners are produced on schedule and resources are managed within the approved scope.

You will lead multiple projects, mentor teams in a heavily matrixed environment, and partner with executive stakeholders, including Finance and HR leads, to drive successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 7+ years of related experience.
• 5+ years of experience in a related field.
• Experience with Workday Finance and HR and executive stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the technical coordination point for projects and initiatives of high complexity and may lead multiple projects concurrently.
• Ensure that deliverables from business and technology partners are produced and approved according to multiple project schedules.
• Manage allocated resources from multiple delivery partners while working within approved hours and scope.
• Mentor and provide feedback to team members to create a highly functioning team in a heavily matrixed environment.
