Job summary

ADAPTIV Structure Solutions is seeking a Project Manager for a full-time remote role. You will oversee planning, coordination, and delivery of tenting and structural projects from initiation through completion, coordinating with internal teams and external partners to ensure on-time delivery.

Responsibilities include defining scope and timelines, managing resources and logistics, tracking milestones, monitoring quality, and communicating progress to clients.

Qualifications

• Experience in project planning, coordination, and execution with strong PM skills.
• Background as an Expeditor to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
• Knowledge of inspection processes and quality control practices for construction projects.
• Skills in logistics management, scheduling, and vendor coordination.
• Ability to manage multiple projects remotely and meet deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for clients, vendors, and teams.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as MS Project or Asana.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, timelines, and deliverables for tenting and structural projects.
• Coordinate resources, logistics, and procurement to meet milestones.
• Monitor progress, quality standards, and documentation across remote teams.
• Facilitate inspections and resolve issues impacting schedule or budget.
• Provide regular status updates to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to ensure on-time delivery.
