Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of project leadership experience.
• Experience with software development, implementation or integration projects.
• Understanding of software implementation life cycle (SDLC) and Agile/Scrum.
• Strong facilitation, communication and analytical skills.
• Ability to travel up to 25% annually.

Responsibilities

• Deliver contract deliverables and project artifacts on time.
• Serve as primary customer contact for GHX core products.
• Lead kickoff meetings to align scope and requirements.
• Develop detailed project plans with milestones.
• Manage project risks and keep teams on schedule.
• Escalate issues through senior management when needed.
• Provide routine updates to leadership on project status.
• Maintain product knowledge to improve delivery.
