Job summary

Harness is seeking a Project Manager, Professional Services to own the customer journey from onboarding to adoption. You’ll coordinate executive-aligned threads across engineering, security, and product teams while driving value realization on the Harness platform.

This technical, client-facing role requires delivering delivery plans, managing risk, and aligning stakeholders to achieve deployment goals and measurable ROI.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Customer Success, Technical Account Management, Program Management, or Professional Services delivery in a SaaS environment.
• Harness CI/CD/Platform certification and strong working knowledge of modern DevOps practices.
• Proven track record driving product adoption and customer outcomes in complex technical environments.
• Demonstrated project-management skills leading multi-workstream software implementations.
• Proficiency with CRM, customer success, and project-management tools (Salesforce, Gainsight, Jira).
• Strong relationship-building at executive and technical levels with excellent communication skills.
• BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end customer journey from onboarding through adoption and value realization as primary contact.
• Build and execute customer success plans tying Harness capabilities to business goals; track progress.
• Program-manage multi-workstream implementations: roadmap, milestones, scope, resourcing, risk.
• Lead engagement cadence: weekly status updates, proactive risk management, clear next steps.
• Drive product adoption and customer health; spot risks early and resolve with urgency.
• Run executive business reviews showcasing ROI and deeper adoption opportunities.
• Maintain clean project and delivery hygiene across your portfolio.
